As parents, we will:

    - Host multi-school events

    - Support school-specific events

    - Learn about parent hopes and needs

    - Identify areas of common ground 

    - Suggest collective norms (non-binding)

  • Partner with Schools

    - Build relationships with Tech Leads & Division Heads

    - Learn how parents can support schools

    - Advocate for mission-aligned policies

This year, we have:

  • Identified representatives from the 5th grade at nine schools, and established monthly meetings

  • Hosted one multi-school event, Social Studies film screening + panel discussion (170 RSVPs) and several school-specific coffees

  • Co-hosted small-scale events with MAMA (Mothers Against Media Addiction) and CommonSense Media

  • Established relationships with a tech lead (title varies) at each of the schools, identifying success stories to share and developing understanding of how we can support the schools

  • Surveyed 5th grade parents at all nine schools, receiving 275 responses, with the goal of finding areas of common ground in order to promote collective norms
